How do I know the transactions are legitimate?
We work with solicitors who can be verified via the UK solicitor registry. The customer deposit is also made through the solicitor’s customer account which is separate from the solicitor’s business account. At the end of transaction, the property ownership can be confirmed through the UK land registry.
How does BMP Real Estate make money?
We do not add markup or inflate the property price and ensure we provide fair service for our customers. We charge a service fee of 1.5% of the transaction
Sourcing Fee: £500 (if sourcing)
Purchase Service Charge: 2% of the transaction amount
Property Management Fee: 13% of monthly rent
